Target Haul: Spring Fashion

It is currently snowing as I type this, but I am getting ready to share Spring and Summer clothes with you! About this time every year I get tired of winter clothes and start searching for Spring and Summer wears. My recent Target haul did not disappoint. If you follow me on Instagram, you will see me do try-on videos. I buy everything in black. If it doesn’t come in black, I buy it in white or gray. Exciting, I know, but it’s what I love! BUT all of these items come in multiple colors. So, if you love color, you have that option too! 

For Spring and Summer, I am a huge fan of dresses. Easy to throw on and look put together. Cool in the mornings? Add a jean jacket. PS: EVERYONE needs a jean jacket in their closet. I am still wearing the same jean jacket I wore in HIGH SCHOOL! Shoutout to Gap and Jan (my mom)!

Dresses

1. Women’s Sleeveless Babydoll Dress — A $15 dress with pockets [I am wearing it in the cover photo for this post]. Enough said. Seriously, this dress is SO good for the price! Thick and comfortable material. Could easily be dressed up with wedges or dressed down and thrown over a bathing suit. Options are endless. Add to cart.
2. Women’s Short Sleeve T-shirt Dress — I love a maxi dress, but at 5’4″ they usually drag the ground. I was SO excited to find that this one doesn’t drag the floor! This is the perfect Spring transition dress. Looks adorable with a jean jacket.
3. Women’s Knit Tank Dress — I love the high neck on this dress. It reminds me of my favorite tanks. The armpit holes are a bit large, so I did size down. At $10, this is the perfect everyday Summer dress or bathing suit cover up.

Tops and Bottoms

1. Women’s Tank Top — These are the BEST tank tops in ALL THE LAND. If you click on the link and they are out of stock, do not worry, they will restock. I discovered these last year and wore them everyday of Summer 2020.
2. Women’s Puff Short Sleeve Round Neck T-Shirt — This top takes a t-shirt to another level [picture of me wearing it below]. The puffed sleeves are totally my style. I have another top very similar to this, but at $12 I couldn’t pass this one up! I pair it with jeans and some cute slides in the Spring and you are ready to go. ADORABLE!
3. Women’s High Rise Pull-on Shorts — These shorts run big, so I recommend sizing down. I love these shorts for a cuter look when I want to be comfortable, but don’t want to wear athletic shorts. Pair with my favorite tank above ALL. SUMMER. LONG.

Shoes

1. Women’s Two Band Slide Sandals — I think these $10 shoes are going to be my favorite find of Summer. Wear them to the pool, the beach, in the garden, out back with the kids, in the creek — the options are endless because they are plastic! I’m ordering a 2nd pair. I know when I find a good thing, I better buy myself a back-up.
2. Women’s Kerrigan Slide Sandals — I love these $15 slides to pair with any of the above dresses!

*Sizing for both pairs of shoes are whole sizes. If between sizes, I recommend sizing down. I am a size 8.5 in most shoes and ordered an 8 in both pairs and they fit great!
